Janet Ginnings has created a collection of skincare products
based on recipes her mother taught her as a child, at home
in India
Born in Bhopal, India, Janet learned about skincare and beauty
regimes from a very young age with regimes passed from generation
to generation and was making her own products as a very young
girl
As a child, Janet had her head massaged by her ‘amma’
or nanny, and her skin cleansed with chickpea flour, yoghurt
and creams made into a dough and moisturised with real cream
This early introduction to beauty treatments and natural ingredients
led Janet to a lifetime love affair with the beauty industry,
culminating in her opening her own hugely successful
hair and beauty salon in Mayfair, London
Now Janet brings the knowledge of these ancient Indian recipes
and treatments to her own skincare collection – Indian
Infusion…
